Great product which exceeded my expectations and awesome service.
Recently received a seeker 20 for my ~5 1/2 year old daughter. We’re delighted with it. Stepped up from a belter 16 and the wide gearing on the seeker in particular has really helped her, instantly she was tackling hills, and longer rides that she would have never attempted on the belter. Nicely built too, once I’d assembled it everything worked perfectly, haven’t had to tweak anything with the brakes / gears, one happy girl, and dad, as I’ve a new bike buddy to tag along on longer rides now 😊
Whilst the speed of delivery and price was ok, the opening in the hand grip isn’t big enough for the size of the plywood handlebar. First one of them split before I could get it to the line of where the old grip was. Fortunately it is on underside! I had to plane off an amount of the other side to avoid split.

This is an exceptional product! We bought one 10 years ago for our youngest son who loved it and transitioned seamlessly to a bicycle at 3.5 years. We were super excited to buy one now for our older son’s son!!
My son loves to ride his Early Rider Hellion 24 in bike parks. When one of the teeth of the chainring broke, the Early Rider team was super quick to send us a spare new chainring. Thanks again!

Shipment was fast. New Belter 14 arrived with 3 different scratched marks. Those marks were found under the packaging material (not shipping company’s fault) Would hope a better quality check before shipping out the product.
Great service and product. Bike I wanted was out of stock so called up and was offered a slightly damaged bike at a reduced price. Damage was very minimal and my son loves his new bike. Will be coming back to you for his next bike! Thanks
While customer service was very helpful and got me exactly what I needed, the whole process took over a month and communication was extremely slow. Including having to reach out initially about 3 times and having to follow up to keep the process moving

Great turnaround on purchase to delivery. My 4 year old son already loves riding it. The geometry looks spot on and the fact he can learn to use disc breaks at such an early age brings me a good sense of peace when he is riding. I look forward to many adventures with him on our rides!
I bought a Belter 16 for my son for his upcoming 4th Birthday. He has been on an Early Rider Charger balance bike since he was 2 years old and took to it straight away (totally bypassed his scooter). I'm really happy with the Belter, it arrived very quickly, looks and feels great and has minimal set up required straight out of the box. I know he's going to love it and I feel like this is the right bike for him to start getting to grips with pedal based adventures...
Wow! What a great experience purchasing an Early Rider bike for my 3 year old in Australia. Communication was excellent and lots of advice on what was the right bike to purchase for our needs. We settled on the Seeker X16 and we were not disappointed when it arrived. Quality is excellent, it’s lightweight and very easy to pedal. Our little man’s first pedal bike and he was up and away in minutes. (He has a balance bike and an electric motorbike so balance and brakes weren’t an issue). The fat tyres and disc brakes are great and suitable to the farm we live on. Delivery was exceptional with DHL picking up the item a couple of days after the order and we received in Australia within 3 weeks. Very very happy and highly recommend. Thanks everyone.
What an amazing bike! It was great step up from the balance bike. My child has found it easy to ride, the brake placement is perfect. As a keen cyclist I was amazed with the freehub sound on this bike. Came almost ready to ride and well presented, j will buy her next bike from them when she is old enough.
