Hi there! I bought a Belter 20 via their UK site and shortly I received a mail saying if I want a right hand rear brake I just need to answer that mail. I did that right away with no delay. On the following day the bike was sent and later that day I was informed the brakes were not changed. Ok, it’s not a big deal - they are v-brakes, so I can do it myself in 2 minutes, I thought. Two days later I was contacted again only to find out the bike was sent with no front wheel. Apparently, they forgot it and promised to send it separately that day. When all packages finally arrived I started building the bike - switching the brake levers and so on, when I realised the front axel is nowhere to be found. So now I need to look for one myself. Yes, it is not expensive and not a big deal again, but the overall feeling that I get from the service is not a nice one. This Belter 20 is the second Early rider bike I bought. The first was a Hellion 16, which I bought via bike-components.de and there was not a single issue whatsoever. It’s a pity the service is leaving a bad taste for your otherwise very solid bikes…
Really easy to learn on, my 3 year old learned pedals on it within a couple hours.

Great service from contact on ordering to delivery. The bike itself is everything a 4 year old could possibly want being light weight and extremely well engineered with a perfect geometry making it so easy to ride. There are cheaper bikes on the market but the price is very reasonable for the quality. Keep up the good work Easy Rider.
The bike was delivered promptly and the service from point of sale was good. The bike itself is excellent, well made and light, easy for smaller children to handle and pedal.

Purchased the belter 14 for sons 3rd birthday, amazing quality and well thought out sturdy bike. The brakes are easy to use for small hands the bike feels absolutely frictionless and very efficient for young riders. Already looking forward to getting the next size up
My boy loves, LOVES his Seeker 20”. His confidence took a huge boost in cycling. He had “briefly” a used 20” wheel bike from another brand but it’s bars were narrow and the gear range was to limiting. So we moved it on and bought a new Seeker and we haven’t looked back. Awesome product, light, strong, perfect sizing, Prompt delivery, good price. If you’re reading this review you are obviously looking at getting an Early Rider bike. Stop reading reviews and take the plunge, you won’t regret it.
My granddaughter is 4 on Christmas Day but she has mastered her balance bike now. So we bought her this now in the middle of Summer to get maximum use of it in the school holidays. What does she think of it? The title were her first words!
