Delivered promptly but didn't include the nuts with the bolts, as per the description. So I requested them to be sent out. Georgia apologised and sent me the nuts and also included a load of Early Rider stickers, which was very much appreciated

My son was having some issues with his front break on his Seeker X16. After contacting Jake he asked for me to send it to him for him to have a look and he’d send a new one asap. This was after well over a year of constant use and lots of off-road trails with big drops. Again Early Rider has gone above and beyond to solve the issue. Always professional and as helpful as you could ever ask. Thanks again for all your help.

Just received second early rider for our younger son. Those bikes are really well made and look amazing :) Great support too (we had faulty bearing on first bike which was quickly replaced). Belter 16 is with us over 2 years and works great my older son loves it and within few days we'll give Belter 14 to his brother. I know already he will love it too and can hardly wait seeing them riding together. So kind of Early Rider people to deliver it so quickly after sharing with them that the bike is for my son birthday. Thank you so much!!

Fantastic quality and service

Both technicians were extremely helpful with converting our Early Rider bike. The hub broke (with internal gear shifting) and we needed a new one, but we ended up converting the bike, replacing the hub with external gears. Our correspondance was all done through email, but everything went very smoothly and the parts we needed arrived quickly. We love this bike so much! It was passed down to us from another family with two kids (mountain bikers) and now my son competes with it. Thank you!

Incredible bike -Kiddo was PUMPED! Bike finally arrived after a little bit of chaos....DHL attempted delivery 5 days ahead of schedule and since we weren't home, they held it. Challenge being, they had no idea where the bike was and thankfully arrived on the 6th, which was on time. Unboxing was easy and fairly quick....instruction videos were more useful than the manual. We have the 14" and the 20" is amazing...especially with the internal gear hub. Kiddo absolutely loves it!!

This is the third early rider bike I have bought for my Grandsons. These bikes are full of quality components, build quality is excellent. What's more they look great and so light. Buy one you won't be disappointed.

Absolutely brilliant company to work with. Both the product and customer service. Delivery was quick to a point I didn’t organise somebody to be in on time so it had to be re delivered. Just one negative-FedEx has not got a depot on the Isle of Wight to personally collect items… Seeker20 is the second bike from ER for my little girl. Stunning bikes with components me as a child could only have dreamed of…
