I recently purchased a Seeker X16 for my 4yr old and it has delivered everything i hoped for. After a first ride we covered double the distance, at double the pace, and with double the smiles! Early rider are correct that they don't make cheap bikes, and they shouldn't, because these are simply fantastic and worth every penny.
Perfect bikes at a level of quality I expect from bike I use myself. The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. They enthusiastically helped my needs and delivered just what I wanted for my child with next day service.
Fantastic little bikes for kids,super lightweight with great quality components and they look super cool,way better than anything else on the market,thanks early rider my boy is obsessed with his new rig⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I won’t bore you with all the deteils, but I think it’s fair to say that I definitely won’t be buying my other two kids bikes from this supplier… had a few problems with the bike which have been compounded by people being difficult, sending snotty emails and not paying for services that they have requested, leaving me to pick up their bill. I’m really not impressed by the product or the customer service. The £40 they refer to, is because they sent the bike out prior to Christmas with the brake levers the wrong way round!!!

Beautifully engineered bike! Quick reply to emails and prompt shipping. Couldn’t be happier.
We ordered a spare part for 2.5 £, in a first conversation the shipping fees were said to be ~10 £. At the end, we paid 20 EUR for shipping and another 14 EUR for toll clearance, which left us with ~40 EUR of costs for a 2.5 £ part... this is unacceptable.
I contacted technical support with a problem and got a replacement part sent to Switzerland super fast and for free :-) Thanks a lot Jake for your help and support with this :-)
Belter 20 I have had great customer service before my purchase and excellent service after. I would like to thank the team at Early Rider for responding to my emails so quickly and efficiently :) They went beyond to help with a delivery date for my son's 6th birthday. He loves it. He doesn't know how lucky he is! The bike is awesome and lighter then previous bikes we have had! Keep up the great work :) THANK YOU
My son's Belter16 crank broke in half. Early Rider were able to ship out a replacement with a discount to an overseas address quite quickly. Happy customer.
Great service
I was in charge to get a bicycle for a colleague's son (October 7th of 2022). A month later I had to request the invoice corresponding to our purchase which I was expecting to receive automatically since I gave them all the invoicing data when placing the order. Tom from the after sales department can only resend receipts and order confirmations but he informed I had to email the accounts department directly. After 3 emails and around 2 months asking for the invoice to accounts we are still waiting for some feedback... and for the invoice.
The bike info pages were really informative, especially the sizing chart. I also liked the reminders I received in my mailbox regarding the bike I left at the checkout page without completing the purchase.
