Needed a spare cog to modify a broken Early Rider bike, Early Rider came through with the discontinued part free of charge. Not the first time they've been proactive and generous with such projects. Hats off to them for their customer service.

Just got a Hellion 16 for the Sprout, absolutely awesome little machine. It really is a quality build, lovely well manufactured frame, great wheels and everything was set up perfect! Taking it to the cairngorms next week for some proper testing but it looks mega and my lad loves it👍

Totally worth it! We originally bought our 5 year old a second hand specialized bike but it was so heavy! He was struggling a lot so changed for this one. He has gained an unbelievable amount of confidence just from his first ride on it! Wouldn’t by anything other now!

Great customer service. Ordered spare parts to fix a bike I found on a local market. Responses came really quick and they were really helpful.

Fantastic bike! We have just purchased the next size up as we were so happy with the first size. The bike is light so my daughter got the hang of it within 20 mins having been used to a balance bike. The strap chain is perfect as inquisitive hands don’t get oily and you can easily put it in the boot without getting oil everywhere.

Excellent customer service, delivered on time . The bike its self is amazing, just put the peddles and is ready for rock n roll. First when I took the bike out of the box I tought is small , but is a just right size . He started cycling straight away without stabilisers . I am very happy and proud , would recommend the bike definitely. Worth the money
