I am always very dubious about ordering things from abroad when I have had no previous dealings with a Company but I cannot praise this Company enough. Excellent email contact and even paid twice but reassured me only one payment would be taken. Once paid on a Friday I was informed that they would be despatched Monday and they arrived Wednesday. 5 star service.
This is a brilliant shop. I had a bit of difficulty with the payment system which the lovely Marjolein sorted out in a minute, and my package arrived 2 days later. Highly recommended!
Always prompt delivery and good quality Dutch tobacco that I miss so much - after working in Holland some years back, I found it the best tobacco selections from any country i'd ever tried and they're all available in this shop. Excellent service!

Ordered on Thursday, had invoice to pay on Friday, goods arrived on Tuesday. Can’t get better than that.
Ordered on Monday, received Wednesday afternoon. On Wednesday morning I was worried about it a little so emailed dutch tobacconist and a lovely helpful lady emailed back telling me that she could see that the parcel was down for delivery between 09:00 and 17:00. Sure enough, the package arrived at approx 16:30. Trustworthy honest site.
