I’ve been ordering cigs and tobacco from Hartman since the pandemic put a stop to trips to Europe. I’ve probably saved £2000 since March and always found the service quick and efficient. Usually it’s 3 or 4 days from ordering to receipt. Yes, there is a small risk you’ll loose your cigs to customs but based on my experience it’s a worthwhile risk. If you order regularly then any loss is more than compensated by the savings you make over time.
Been ordering 2 years and now all of a sudden parcel stuck in customs cannot get any info from DPD and Dutch Tobacconist will not sort out! £100 down the drain
Do not order from the UK, your goods CAN and WILL be seized, and Dutch Tobacconist will not refund or replace, even though there is no disclaimer telling you that you are at risk of losing your goods and money. I've just lost £160 because of this

When I used to live in Amsterdam I was able to buy my cigarettes from their shop on the Leidsestraat. My dad, during his visits to see me, always bought cigars from their Hartman because of the knowledgeable staff. Now, because I live in the UK, I order directly from their website. Their mail order service is second to none. A big "Thank you".
I have been dealing with these guys for over a year and have to say they are great! Only once was there any issue but that was sorted very fast. Great customer care and lovely people. Couldn't recommend more highly!
