Very beautiful products! I've ordered 5 now! On my last order one came with a slight red ring on the front of the coaster. I emailed Dust and Things and my case was taken up by the wonderful Gemma G. Straight away, after sending photos, she was offering to replace and sending her sincere apologies. It was so lovely to have such PERFECT customer service. I was spoken to like a human, not like a robot as sometimes the case, and it has been a very pleasant experience getting this issue sorted. I am using these coasters as gifts to bring a smile to peoples faces during these tricky times. Gemma G definitely put a smile on my face! Will definitely be buying more!

From ordering to delivery, the service was great! And more so under the current climate the delivery was so fast. It was delivered direct to my sister who lives in a different part of the country from me and just had a baby. We are extremely close and was lovely to be able to send a beautiful gift before I’m able to get back and meet my new niece (hopefully not much longer).
