I can not recommend Dust and Things highly enough. The craftmanship is beautiful and the customer service is outstanding. I recently purchased a keepsake box for a new baby gift. It arrived safely with me and was exactly the special gift I was looking for. Sadly the box became damaged in transit to my friend and when I went back to purchase again I was gutted to find the box design was out of stock. After dropping a message to Dust and Things to explain and enquire when the box would be in stock again, Gemma responded straight away and the team went above and beyond locating and inscribing a new box which was shipped out promptly with a significant discount thrown in for good will. Great service, fast delivery and top quality.

I purchased two Memory Boxes for two of my Grandaughters. They came shortly after I placed the order and are beautifully made. The only reason I have given 4 stars rather than 5 is to do with the inscription. When the lid(s) are taken off the natural reaction is to tilt the lid away from yourself and read the inscription, but the incription is then upside down. Perhaps a minor point but irritating and I was very disappointed that my grandaughters can't see and read the inscription straightaway without having to rotate the lid.
