Trustpilot? Then Trust your pilots!...I’ve been burnt by DB’s reliance on the Capture app made by Hangar. Nick saw a fb thread and attempted to get involved but at the end of the day, I conducted a full mission given the capabilities of the software I was required to use and DB did not deliver payment or a proper solution other than The fact that Hangar was an unreliable app....smh...DB also caters to the lowest denominator...payouts are cheap and the professional community has become circumspect. Thanks for providing this avenue to leave public feedback.

DroneBase has been a great company to work with. I’ve been flying missions with them since September 2016. They’ve been very flexible, as I balanced their assignments between being a caretaker for my mother and completing graduate school earlier this year. Their staff are responsive and I’m always looking to new opportunities working for them.

Excellent company, they pay on time, good communication and nice mapping mission.

Interesting work, fair pay, quick payment

I enjoy working with DroneBase 95% of the time. Over 3 years my average pay per job is in the 60's and they take on average 3hrs of your day. There's not enough work to quite your day job but it could be some day. The more regulations we have, the more work for real professionals. Unfortunate for the hobbyist but a future for us.

I am a Huge Fan of Dronebase. I Have flown over 550 mission for them and have always had positive experiences with them. They do all the marketing and editing and I get to have fun flying a drone and getting paid for it. 😄

Love working with Dronebase. You get the work sent to you and you can accept if you’re able to do it. Info is detailed and when work is completed you get paid quickly.

Excellent customer service! All assets (video or photo) I have received from Drone Base are spectacular! They really do put the customer first, going above and beyond

Great Company for Drone Pilots. They work very well with pilots, provide additional training for each each of work they hire you for. Communications is great and they are flexible (weather & wind, etc).

Not many jobs in my area but when one shows up i take it. They pay quick and the jobs are easy.

I absolutely love waking up to find a new mission available from DroneBase. Each mission is unique and team is very responsive and accommodating when issues come up.

Dronebase helps you to get work if you don’t have time to chase your own leads: Good Dronebase has turned the drone business into a gig work business before it has even gotten off the ground: Bad Dronebase does not provide enough opportunity, at least in my area. Many jobs do not pay fairly, and they can be difficult in raising the payout if the job is bigger than typical.

A good overall experience. Caution pilots that strong winds can damage your drone.

I’ve enjoyed everything Drone base has to offer, the only ding is of course I wish their was more work but hey at least I’ve made some!!

Well organized and responsive.

Drone base was very easy to work with. They are very good about keeping you up to date on where they are with your project (flight status). The pictures were very good; however, I was hoping for more close up pictures of my properties as opposed to a 30ft view but that may have been a communication breakdown between myself and the pilot. Overall very satisfied.

The missions have been great and very easy to upload. Looking forward to more missions.

Payout is was lower than expected for the job. App has a good interface but has bugs
