A great resource. I really enjoy your service

Too transactional. Overall quality I've gotten from other partners and seen for projects from other markets within our company just seem overall better. We were looking to do something unique, but I never really had a chance to correspond with the drone operator - more consultative would be ideal.

I've used dronebase before and I have never had any issues. The drone pilot used for the most recent project had no clue what he was doing. He clearly doesn't understand the commercial real estate business and what is needed to be captured. I am highly disappointed. This was after he was sent back out the following day because he did not capture video footage initially like he was instructed (which I paid for originally). Next time I hire Dronebase (if I hire Dronebase again), I will have to give detailed instructions to the pilot.

Good experiences with DB. Especially Dronebase pilot support. Always quick response time and knowledgeable folks on their end.

Our pilot was prompt & professional despite having to deal with 4 jumping farm dogs. We continued our work on our 40 acres as he continued his. Our real estate picture products are excellent. Thank you for a great experience!

My work orders were cancelled unilateral and I was informed after the deadline when they called me to re-schedule. I decided to accept the re-schedule and the quality was very poor. I requested the real state package and all the images was from the roofs and a roof inspection or the ground even that I personally talked to the pilot and explain that the goal was show the property. I think that there is a big difference between have a drone and license and actually capture pictures and videos for business purpose. I do not recommend this service at all.

Great photos and done quickly

I love DroneBase and their people. Even though the pay is lower than what I could get 'on my own', they do all the work and I just have to fly the missions, so it kind of evens out.

Missions are few and far between and I feel disconnected from the customer feedback/satisfaction. I feel that we should have some kind of rating system where pilots get feedback and customers can choose a pilot. I think there's enough supply of pilots to make this work and get a quick confirm for a cusfomer if the pilot accepts.

Drone Base is great. The only reason for me not giving 5 stars is the payouts are low.

I am impressed at how organized this company is. They detail exactly what they want with no second guessing...making it easier on the Pilot.

Cancelled and rescheduled multiple times (4 I think). I received multiple emails stating duplicate items from different people making it confusing. There is no phone number to speak to an actual person so you have to wait until someone addresses your emails.

Missions are fairly easy to do. Payment is quick.

Donebase is very straightforward. They tell you exactly what they want and when you produce the results they pay almost immediately after images are uploaded. I love working with this company.

Absolutely the worst experience, time and time again. Drone base continues to abuse their pilots having them re capture 2-5 times when the quality of work is there Time and time again. Also the pay is garbage for 60 or 50 dollars and their expecting you to recapture based on cloud condition that’s not in my control or the fact that the client didn’t like the images or the fact that it was taken 1 hr before the “schedule time” the amount of bs that these people come up with is ridiculous, I’m surprised that their still in business. I’m never going to use or consider drone base for anymore. You just lost a experienced pilots from our team.

Dronebase is making leaps and bounds improvements. Over the past several months I’ve been getting more and more flights. Training is always provided before your first mission for each client, and communication is clear and concise. Shot lists and scope of flights are easy to understand and uploading has been easy. Payments are never a hassle, which is nice too. I’m really happy to be working with Dronebase.
