I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with DJ Alexander's service. Despite paying rent and advance, I was handed keys to an empty, unfurnished flat on (25/01/2025) Saturday, contrary to our agreement. To make matters worse, the flat was in a appalling condition: - Broken cupboard doors - Mould in the bathroom - Broken door handle for the main door - Bins bags with unwanted stuff I've been calling the property manager, Sophie Alley, since Saturday, and it's now [30/01/2025] with no solution or estimated date for repairs. I still can't move into the flat! DJ Alexander's lack of professionalism, communication, and accountability is staggering. They seem to prioritize collecting rent over providing basic services. Unless you want to risk being left in a similar situation, I strongly advise against using DJ Alexander.

I was really helped by Sophie in getting my house. She provided great support and helped me learn more about my new home. She is very friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist whenever I have questions. Even after moving in, she continues to be a great help. A very respectful and kind person—I truly appreciate her support

I recently had the pleasure of securing a rental contract with Laura Mctaggart from DJ Alexander. She guided me ably through each step in the process and ensured I fully understood what was required. Her communications were excellent and when I needed extra help, she was very proactive and followed up to ensure I understood. A great example of fantastic service - thank you so much Laura.

Chloe & Carol have been great in helping me get moved into a new property, they made everything very quick and easy and were available whenever I needed them. Also Matthew who went out of his way to help on move in day after working hours 👍

Alexandra was on time, polite , gracious understanding and attentive. My home inspection was thorough and detailed in every way needed. She kept me at ease in my home whilst we went over what needed fixed. Thank you DJ Alexander for having such good staff.

First of all, I would like to thank D.J. Alexander for responding to every application as soon as possible from the first day we started looking for a house. We received very short and detailed answers to all the e-mails we sent. Even some of the silly questions we asked were answered without getting bored. Everyone was very helpful during our home visits. Thank you very much, especially to Matthew. He was very helpful and responded to our requests in a very short time in a very sincere manner. Staff were focused, friendly and knowledgeable with special mention to Jenn Cabrera-Tejera who not only introduced us to an ideal rental property but was so helpful explaining many facets of rules, regulation and life in Edinburgh as we relocate from London

Our current experience with DJ Alexander has been excellent so far. Jenn, at the Edinburgh office, has been so helpful with apartment viewings, guiding us through the process, answering any questions, being proactive in her contact with us, and remaining professional at all times. Alexandra came to complete our annual flat inspection. She was very friendly, helpful, considerate and respectful. She phoned in advance to let me know when she was going to arrive. This was very helpful as I was working from home that day and had online meetings scheduled. Alexandra checked and reported the repairs that were needed and completed the check efficiently with the least disruption possible. I was very impressed with her professionalism, punctuality and kindness.
