Overall experience at start of rental has been great, although I found five minute slots for viewings to be quite limiting.

Been using them for 15 years now. Recently they've been excellent at dealing with a tenant who stopped paying rent, initially refused to leave, and then left the place in a bit of a state. All handled by DJA (and Wojciech) with reassuring calm and smoothness. Not only did they reassure me, they also made sure that the tenant was treated kindly and fairly.
It was nice to meet Elaine who was friendly and made the flat inspection stress free. Felt very simple with no issues at all.

Lauren Brown introduced us to the property we would lease, and Laura Mctaggart led us through the reference checking and contracting - all with friendliness, professionalism and efficiency. When we had questions, they were quickly responsive. And DJ Alexander's website interface and coordination with the "Goodlord" interface made our leasing, our deposit and rental payment from our international bank, and our post-leasing steps very accessible.

Laurie Smith is my property manager and any problem I have with my property is no problem at all to help me. I have been in my rented flat for almost 7 years and have had a number of property managers and I have never had a problem with any of them.
