Quite a smooth end to end experience with them. Rented a property in Edinburgh, and very helpful and positive attitude from conducting viewings, finalising contract, checking references to checking out. The communication was often a bit delayed and required follow up, but very satisfied other than that. Would rate as 4.5/5, and would recommend to anyone looking to rent or buy.

She was really helpful, friendly and patient with every step and helped us secure our tenancy despite our very short deadline and lots of things to get done. She accommodated me and my flatmate individually based on the fact I worked on site where I can’t answer calls and my flatmate wfh.
