Caroline the representative for dj Alexander went above and beyond to help from start to end plus helping afterwards. From the offices in Glasgow to Edinburgh I have had 5 star help and will be eternally grateful.
I was going through a change of Tenancy and one of the housing managers at Dj Alexander in Glasgow Gill Robertson looked after me she was very pleasant to work with always answered the phone when I called with my many questions and remained very helpful and emphatic of my situation
Carol was very professional and efficient. She helped us to complete all the necessary tenancy documents in record time.
Very bad customer experience. Gas Hob was not working and Agent who has dealt with my check in process knows that it was not working but wantedly didn’t inform me. Now it’s has been 5 days since I moved in and Gas hob is still not working and issue is not resolved
Met Caroline Connolly at the rental of which there was 2 but was told I couldn’t see them both on the same appointment Caroline has the keys for the other flat using her initiative which I took and am about to move into haven’t rented in 20 years it’s a mine field Caroline was great

Yasser and his team took over the sale of my flat after an unhappy experience with another company. They organised an immediate flow of serious viewings and kept me me fully informed through to the successful sale.

After searching for several flats and only getting rejections, Gemma reached out to us and asked if she could help us secure another flat.
