We've had a positive experience with DJ Alexander. They fix urgent repairs, though de-prioritised repairs can take some time to get fixed. Their move-out process comes with a 3-page cleaning checklist. We duly completed everything on this list and got our full deposit back from the landlord. During our move out, they were very helpful in assisting with applications for other properties. Edit: shout out to Alison McInnes our property manager and Elizabeth Saker who was super helpful with enquiries, they are a pleasure to deal with.

Renting process is much smoother with DJ Alexander once you get shortlisted by the landlords its the main reason why it stands out from other agencies in the mkt.

We were initially very satisfied with the services provided by Tay Letting. However, our experience took a significant turn for the worse when operations transferred to DJ Alexander. Problems arose when our long-term tenant vacated the property. The end-of-term report failed to include substantial repair expenses, which could have cost us hundreds of pounds. When I raised this issue with the agent, they challenged the photographic evidence I provided. Only after persistent efforts on my part was I able to secure the appropriate compensation. Communication throughout this process was appalling, with a complete lack of urgency and responsiveness from DJ Alexanders representative.

I think Ruth Woodcock at DJ Alexander's deserves some praise. Trying to buy a property can be stressful and disappointing at times, but Ruth was very helpful and accommodating with viewings arranged quickly and conveniently, rapid responses to calls and emails. Couldn't have asked for a better service so thank you so much from a very happy customer! :)

Adam Sweeney attended yesterday to carry out the inspection. Adam was very polite and efficient, and explained clearly what was happening. Very satisfied.

I had a change of tenancy for my flat recently. While the flat was being shown to the prospective tenants by D J Alexander, I undertook organising a lot of renovation work for the flat myself. Brandon Wiseman was quick to find a new tenant for my flat. He also helped me by adjusting the time period for the work to be carried out properly, before the new tenant could come in. I found Brandon extremely helpful and approachable at every step and wish him well in his career.
