I recently called the maintenance team about a mouse problem (typical in Edinburgh). Not happy about the mice, but very happy with the customer service.

One of the worst letting agency in Glasgow . They will send spams on email to attend viewing and once you give application, they will ghost you . The lady who made me view the one in Walls street - its been 10 + days and i havent even got a response to my application . Went for other viewings and the proporty managers are least interested in showing you the apartment . the lady who made me view the one in bath street - show some respect to your customers . I beleive your job is to show the apartment and not to sit on the couch and browse socials.

Oliver esdaile helped me with my property viewing in alloa. He was very helpful and promptly answered all my questions and great and quick service. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for houses in alloa or nearby area.
