As always & as I have just come to expect in all the years I as drainage contractor have used your services spot on yet again! I return as a customer for all my requirements as the website / purchasing is always straight forward & easy to understand when I have found what I want which is the majority of the time, so thanks for making it easy. However when it’s not quite that simple the staff are always helpful knowledgeable & get me sorted, again thank you guys. Oh & finally once ordered products are delivered quickly & more importantly when you say they will be, hooray a dying quality in thie current world from a large majority of massive firms who ought to do better !! Ordered a tricel tank and all seemed ok until it came to arranging delivery. I paid almost £200 for delivery and then was informed I needed to arrange offloading so at additional cost to myself I arranged for a digger to be on site to do this for me. We agreed that an artic lorry would not fit down the road so they said they would send a smaller vehicle. The tank arrived on an artic and we could not get it off so I paid even more money for a second local company to offload it. So disappointing and incompetent.

The email of the delivery was difficult. I don't open emails from addresses I don't know so package arrived without prior notice but I was here. Delivery was excellent. Pump has not been tried yet, but looks in good order and was well packaged

Great communication, both phone and email. I ordered a pump and was later advised by my installer that it was too small, Direct drainage organised the collection of the pump and delivered the new one really quickly. Excellent service.
