I ordered HB100 diaphragms for my pump but for some reason, you sent HP100, when I emailed you I've had no response at all. good job I decided to buy elsewhere or my treatment planet would be completely unfit for use. I hope to receive a complete refund.

All good but service spoilt by lack of clarity over delivery options. It turns out that next day courier ordered after midday is not next day (despite email confirmation saying it is) so first class post ordered before 3pm is likely to be both quicker and cheaper! This should be spelt out on the delivery option check-out page not hidden away in a hard to find page elsewhere on the website.
