Quick delivery
I have used this company in the past and I will definitely use them again. Search of the web showed that Direct Drainage's prices were extremely competitive. They didn't quite achieve the next day delivery promised, but as we live on the Isle of Wight this is understandable. Unfortunately all their emails confirming the order and giving updates on delivery went to my Promotion folder, so I didn't notice them until after the delivery. Also a technical query submitted via the web page remained unanswered.
Good price prompt delivery good product
Item was a good price but the technical knowledge could be better. There was confusion regarding capacitors as to whether they were fitted internally and if they were actually required.
