Can't recommend Direct Drainage highly enough, really friendly helpful service, even went to the trouble of Emailing pictures to me so I could confirm the parts I needed before ordering, they also spoke to their service engineer to find out the best way of doing the job for me, parts arrived next day (which is good when your sewage treatment plant isn't working!) the parts are high quality and fitted perfectly.
My 22 year old klargester motor stopped working, done a search online for replacement motor/gearbox, and up popped Direct Drainage Found exactly what I was after at competitive price, rang up and spoke with a very helpful, efficient and polite woman, She took my details etc and the very next morning my package arrived Top knotch service in everyway, Will be my only port of call if I need anything else First Class!!!!!
