They could supply the pump required (even after 20 years of service), at an excellent price, have it delivered the next morning by 9.30am. to our hidden away spot in Mid Wales. It arrived on time, and was fitted within an hour. Very pleasant person who dealt with our enquiry. Have nothing but praise for the excellent service.

Bought a new Sewage plant through this company and throughout the process was kept well informed of the progress of the order which was very good. With regard to delivery of the order I had concerns about the actual time when the unit would be delivered as I would need to hire a fork lift truck and I asked Direct Drainage if they could help with this as the delivery is part of the manufactures contract, Direct Drainage could not have been more helpful and as a result the delivery process went without a hitch, the unit arrived spot on time and was offloaded with no problems. I would highly recommend this company.
