I ordered a new pump for my community sewage station online and received it some 21 hours later. We are a couple of hundred miles away and several hours driving distance. The delivery company had texted me and gave me a delivery window. And they were correct within minutes. As we were installing, we discovered it was the wrong pump. We called. It was straightened out. A new one was on the way. And in 19 hours, we had the correct part and had installed it. Superb customer service to enable us to get the job done. Mistakes happen, but when reacted to properly, efficiency is still possible. Many thanks.

Superb service. My bio disc motor packed in on Friday afternoon after 20 years and I needed a replacement urgently. Did a make and model search on the internet and direct drainage came up. I was able to fully research the products from the website and was able to ring up and speak to a salesperson straight away. The lady was very knowledgeable and helpful and the motor, new top pulley and capacitor box were all in stock. I was talked through delivery options and decided on next day delivery through DPD. All items prices the cheapest compared to other suppliers. Everything arrived excellently packaged on Saturday afternoon in time for me to install everything myself - literally turned the power off and replaced and rewired like for like - only needed two screwdrivers and a 13mm socket. Took less than an hour and the Bio disc is working like new. Happy days.

The Direct Drainage there was no fuss the item was posted to N Ireland that day and DPD delivered it on time a few days later. Several other companies refused to send the same item to NI due to protocol paperwork issues. Fair play to Direct Drainage for just getting on with in. An excellent service.
