Everyone at DDS was lovely with good phone manner. They helped me specify a system to project a live feed to a XGA projector. As far as I can tell the process were fair and delivery was certainly efficient The 'But' is that I ended up without some of the bits I did need and with some bits i didn't. With hindsight hat was all down to me sorting out the final details with a sales / order fulfillment person rather than a technician. Now I know how the company works I'll know better. The only other point is that the 'manuals' with the gear were laughably brief and written in what I guess is Chinglish. "The picture smear too mass" was the highlight of the 'common problems section.

Called to source ground loop isolators and gave perfect advice to reduce the number of units we needed.

I've had reason to call DDS several times to get answers to questions and have received helpful and where necessary detailed advice. No attempts to up-sell to more expensive kit then I needed. In my experience a good solid supplier you can rely on.

I have used DDS as my CCTV supplier for nearly 2 years. There level of experience and knowledge, sets them apart from all other suppliers i have used in 15 years installing, security systems. DDS are always prepared to go the extra mile. They do not have the cheapest equipment i can buy, but they do, by a very long way, have the best technical support and back up that you could wish for! Bit of a lack of communication regarding making an appointment and needing a monitor and mouse but otherwise just a brilliant service,spoke to Harry who sorted my mobile set up and he was so understanding and knowledgable it wasnt too difficult for me.All the staff i spoke to were very helpfull.Well done everybody at DDS. After searching for a recorder to replace the defunct existing recorder I decided to go to DDS as the feedback looked good. I was not dissapointed. I had a few problems con figuring for my existing setup but the support team were fantastic. The were helpful and resolved my issues in minutes. I would have no hesitation in recommending them

I deal with numerous companies every day but quite honestly not one of them come close to the friendly and never too much trouble approach from DDS -especially Harry the tech guy. We set the system up in France and asked DDS to set the various internet links and they could not be more helpful. Even since the original setup we have requested more help due to the flaky power in France and everytime they have been overwhelmingly helpful. I cannot recommend this highly enough -amazing!!

Purchased a GUARDIAN DVR and two cameras, the DVR software was on a mini disc which my Imac couldn't play, and also couldn't get the two cameras working. The contents of the disc was emailed to me, and Hadyn spent ages helping me to set up the cameras. Needless to say, all is well now. Many thanks to the staff at DDS
