Needed to replace my DVR recorder as it had got so noisy, constantly. Went to DDS to look for one which my current CCTV cameras would connect to, the young lady who served me showed me the one which would suit my set up. Bought this, took it home and had it on the go in no time. Great buy; good menu and display once attached to your monitor and also it's a lot better than my old recorder.

The DDS team provided an excellent service from initial enquiry and advice through to IP setup and bespoke configuration prior to dispatching the equipment within one working day. The whole experience was a delight and the result just what I was looking for. Being a cautious sole I subjected DDS to a great deal of effort to convince me the system would work They could not have been more accommodating. The technical support staff are outstanding and available, which these days is a miracle in itself. I have no hesitation in recommending them, but do your homework first and make sure you know what it is you want.

nothing wrong with the product very good when i phoned for set up i couldn't get through so opted for ring back it never happened, so i set it up my self i then phoned and inquired if i could deduct the set up charge against a camera they said they would phone me back it never happened. i then phoned again to be told its non refundable as its included in the package price, not true its a drop down menu you opt in or out so overall good product not so good service .
