Prior to purchase I had shed loads of questions, each answer led to more questions. I would urge you to email Emily from the outset, this Lady is a fountain of knowledge, responds promptly to all mad questions and is a major asset to the company. I didn't want email alerts or power over ethernet for hacking and service connection reasons, she put together a hybrid package tailored to my needs. How I wish I knew her before I married the evil one. If you play nice and beg with sincerity you might just get free next day delivery. Not the cheapest, but if you buy the Chinese trash from other sources you will regret it. Ditto with Swann and Yale, generally speaking you can't just add cameras to their systems at a later date and will end up buying another new system. This excellent company back up their products with a 2 year warranty. Speak to the amazing Emily.

From the day I typed CCTV into Google to the day I took delivery I could not have been happier. Having a few problems with a system I bought via a 3rd party installation company. The 3rd party has helped on a few occasions but the problems keep occurring (no playback/recording) and as its clearly technical issue, not installation, I thought I'd try calling tech support number. After telling the engineer on the phone the product name he said I cant help and you have to speak to the installation engineer and ask them to call instead. Not sure what it was about the product that meant he couldn't help me directly, I can only assume he made an presumption I'm not technical so the call would take too long. Felt a bit like I was binned off a bit too soon when a few more questions to help troubleshoot would have been more appropriate and then if no luck perhaps pass me back to the installation 3rd party.

I had a few issues with the HD DVR I purchased however it has been fully resolved with the technical support provided by Dan being excellent. Definitely will continue to use. One piece of advice is to make very sure you explain how you will use the CCTV system.

Hi I needed a dvr suitable for mac book pros ,very good quality they delivered on both counts and also helped me set up the cctv system so we had remote viewing on their apple phones and laptop so now I have a highly satisfied customer.

Hi, i had a very bad experience with this company when the camera's were not working properly. I had an established company to fit the 5 TV-789VIR cameras. I reported that the night vision was not doing as claimed with these cameras at night, so i went back to them to see how to resolve this problem. I put the fitting technician directly to talk the there own, but they kept on say the same thing and the cameras were on maximum adjustment touching the lens as per requirement but we still had a problem. We sent photos of how they are mounted but they were trying everything to pass the buck blaming the fitter and so on. In fact on two separate occasions I tried to get further info sent to me via email about these cameras, I was promised but nothing turned up. Even though I have two years guarantee and not even six months in they would not exchange them. So I am stuck with these cameras which do not work in the night as claimed, the fitter I had to pay him more money every time he re visited the site due to adjustments they claim needs to be done. So ultimately me, the customer is suffering. Really bad service when things go wrong and they do not want to know.

I ordered one day and received the next.Very good service.I have ordered several pieces of equipment from them over last few years and would highly recommend them.Also very good at replying to any technical queries you ask them.

Needed to upgrade my system due to some disturbances during the night, wanted the all important Night Quality recordings, so pleased with the outcome, the day recordings are as you would expect (top quality HD) but night time recordings are amazing as well !!!! I did get the best Digital HD system they offered BUT money well spent !!!
