Good service / products and very helpful indeed with support and back up service. I would never have manged to set up the DVR system without talkng to their engineers who guided me through it on the phone and remote set-up service. SO nice to have a reliable organistaion to talk to if there is a problem and they are invariably pleasant and helpful - particularly important for non tech pensioners like me who still think in old money and haven't really come to terms with the digital world
Following decision to investigate CCTV, made two visits to DDS. First was to choose between technologies, very ably explained by "H" Went home to consider and cost. Second visit also met the ladies "V" and "C" and system components picked from stock and taken home waiting installation.Staff could not have been more helpful.Would thoroughly reccomend.During installation the fitters commented very favourably on quality and performance of the equipment and they too will promote.
