Fantastic service, staff are very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful, I received an email with 4 quotes and a breakdown of each item. I called later and spoke to an adviser who explained the difference between the product's, I ordered our system in the morning and it was delivered the following afternoon. Very friendly and helpful when buying the cameras, delivery came the next day with fantastic tracking. Extremely helpful when setting up the cloud. I would recommend them highly to anyone needing security equipment. It would be nice if they could get a video doorbell that would link in to the same system.

After searching the internet for advice and reviews,I founds DDS. Lots of good reviews, got to be good haven't they? 5 out of 5 for me was not enough. Staff that are helpful and knowledgeable. Advice that feels like it's for me, not just something that makes them money. Answered all my silly email questions promptly. I never felt pressured at all. Ordered the kit for home installation late Pm. Arrived next day as planned. I decided to try and fit this,with support help if needed. The kit was well packaged, instructions clear. the cameras look and feel like fantastic quality(sony). Wires all made for me to specific lengths. Was up and running in 20 mins(took longer to clear up boxs). 1 phone call to support, and we were online, and mobile app connected a well. Am now at work watching my window cleaner talking to my neighbor. After being sold another product from a local electronics store and found it was not suttable for what I needed, I contacted dds and found the staff where really helpful spent the time to sell me what I needed, they configured a ip cameras system which only took a day to arrive amazing quality works perfect 👌, and for the bonus on top have amazing after sales team that take the time to help you set the system up, so if your looking for a good camera system support and a very fair price call these guys up, can’t wait to use them again in the future

As a lot of the reviews on here state, I cannot rate DDS highly enough. The customer support, tech assistance is second to none. Extremely proficient within the CCTV sector and are happy to assist even with the most obscure requests and site surveys. All the team deserve a pat on the back. They have done me and my clients proud over the time I have used them. Keep up the good work!!

Very good to deal with, knowledgeable and straight talking. Having tried to research the market on the internet and found so many options at varying prices it was good to talk with someone who knew what they were doing and could advise me on what I needed. I have found that the internet (amazon/ebay etc) will present you with 'similar' cheaper options but in reality, when you compare the spec, they are not that similar, and in fact it is better to pay a reasonable price for a good quality product (with decent advice) rather than trying to save a few pounds buying a low spec copy.

I purchased a special offer cctv kit, which I upgraded with a bigger hard drive. It arrived 2 days later and everything was included. System was easy to set up including remote viewing over internet. All in all very happy with company and product.
