I would recommend Digital Direct Security for their informed sales assistants through to their very useful after sales technical help. With their advice I bought a security camera and recording system that was fairly easy to set up and run. I am very pleased with the results and I am sure it has added to the security of the house.

DDS are an excellent company to do business with, their staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable (especially Simon who only joined the company a short time ago). DDS's showroom is modern, well laid out and allows them to demonstrate the quality and ease of use of their product range all combined with a 2 year warranty. I had an after sales query on the Phoenix Hybrid DVR which was answered promptly and politely having previously had it demonstrated to me along with my chosen cameras following a visit to their showroom. Whats not to like about this company, its staff and product offering?

Great support from start through to finish. I was new to cctv with basic electrical knowledge and with DDS guidance managed to install a 15 camera system with PoE. The kit i used was pretty much plug and play and the cameras are good build quality with good resolution and features. Thanks for the help!

Very helpfull
