Had some good static cameras from these guys but the most expensive PTZ they offer was and is rubbish. 5 exchanges later and still don’t have a working one so have just given up. It’s Chinese kit, would just buy branded kit online in the future. Shame as great support form the support guys but the kit is poor

Goods arrived as promised and the order was complete and undamaged. In particular the cameras were solidly built and perform very well. The cameras with the Sony Starvis chipset are incredibly good at night - way better than the cameras I replaced. The printed getting started guide DDS supply is useful even for someone with experience of installing CCTV because it has details like default passwords. For less experienced installers it tells you stuff you need to consider during the install.

Good kit, installed well. Opened up the instruction manual to find it in Chinese, then found the English version the realized that the Chinese was easier to understand. I jest but the instructions are not that user friendly unless I'm reading the wrong ones

I received very helpful advice over the phone about the replacement of my existing analogue cameras with digital ones in order to improve the image. Based on our discussion and their subsequent review of my feed, I had a clear recommendation. I have yet to implement it but the customer service has been outstanding
