After using this company for 5 years this is what happened..!!! I Up graded my old HD SDI DVR unit for a new one, Model: HD-DVR-8SD Video/Audio Input Video Input: HD-SDI@1080P/1440P, EX-SDI@1080P/1440P, IP@8MP Supported Technologies: SDI, EX-SDI, IP The picture was terrible but only on Record Playback... They told me it was my old camera's....Really ! The same HD SDI camera's I bought from them that have produced great pictures until I plugged them into the new unit...I Think Not..! Then they said "You may have to buy new camera's as they may not match the new unit you bought....! Robbers Thieves Liars You will never see my business again...!

My mobile is an ancient Nokia which about sums up my 'Tech' knowledge. I spent hours trying to find the right system for our needs eventually I phoned DDS by pure chanceand within 5 minutes I knew I had found the Company offering the right set up, all my questions had been answered...even the daftest...I felt confident enough to spend a bit more than I intended, very confident that I have exactly the right product for us. I placed the order at 3pm and it arrived the next morning at 10am how good is that! The items have arrived and now all I need is my Son to put it together for me. Roast Beef with a good red wine is a fair trade.

I have had great service from DDS. I mostly dealt with Simon. I needed a 2 camera system in a short time and despite initially ordering the wrong system I had the replacement delivered in time to fit and get the system up an running. Subsequent support calls where dealt with efficiently as well. Refund for the first system promptly dealt with too.
Order arrived OK. Had a problem setting up the equipment so I phoned up, spoke to a young lad for help, he had no idea and said would phone back and let me no. Still waiting for phone call.
