I replaced a Maplin DVR with a DDS HD-Vision 4 Camera Hybrid DVR after advice from DDS. The advice was spot on as the unit works brilliantly and very easy to install. The DDS operating system is much easier than the Maplin unit and the new DVR was delivered in 2 days.

Brilliant I did not know a thing about cctv Clare told me what i needed and how much it was and how to put it up easy.I bought it,they sent it,I broke it, sent it back and they repaired it at the cost of the postage, how good is that you cant ask for any better than that.
