Quick efficient

I contacted DDS by phone because I had a fault with one of my security cameras (which was 4 years old) they gave me several suggestions which I tried to no avail. So the asked me to sent it to them, they would test it and get back to me. After finding 2 faults with it they repaired it and sent it back to me. to my surprise and delight they only charged me for one of the repairs as they said that that fault was because the part was not up to original specs. (after having it for 4 years, how honest is that) What a great company! they could not be more helpful and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Our Experience; we were due to go on holiday and had a real dilemma in that our DVR unit for our security cameras had packed up. I contacted Simon at Digital Direct Security to talk through our options. Our original unit came from Maplins and we had many issues with it when we first installed it. It even went back to them but it never really got sorted. I discussed our options with Simon in that we already had cameras installed and need a unit that would work with them. Simon was very patient and friendly. He gave me a couple of options before I settled on the Phoenix Hybrid 8 Camera DVR. I would have received it the next day but asked for it to be delivered the day after. It arrived and was plugged it. With minimal effort it was up and running. There we a couple of minor issues which proved to be a 'PICNIC' (Problem In Chair Not In Computer). Simon and his team were very patient again with my panic email queries and responded very quickly. We both installed the app 'SoCatch' on to our devices which was unbelievably easy, with the exceptions of the iPad. Again this was the iPad issue and not the app. I am so glad I contacted this company and team. They seem committed to ensuring that they give a good service to each of their customers with the additional bonus of having them at the end of a line if you need to speak to someone who actually knows what they are talking about. I no nothing about security cameras, Dvr’s and installation, mine at my large property went off and was struggling to get them back working. One phone call and it’s was noted what was wrong and needed, Ordered , installed all within 48 hrs easy set up great service, all explained , nothing else could have been better.
