Excellent company, their remote set of charge of £19 is more then worth it, unless you were familiar with the set up and communications links you would never manage it on your own. It took them about 15 minutes.
Required technical advice to link several gadgets together using different video standards. I'm actually an engineer but this also told me how easily interfacing can go adrift with different versions of standards etc. Very helpful advice, moved smoothly to sales and the pile of gadgets did indeed work together as hoped.
