Really helpful sorting out the cctv and audio equipment I needed in my new escape rooms.

I contacted DDS as I was looking to replace my existing outside Nest Cams with cctv cameras that had much better night vision capabilities. This was following a recent incident at night that occured outside my home. The recommended options were discussed and I subsequently ordered a number of cameras and an NVR. These have now replaced the Nest cams and are excellent both during the day and night. I am able to remote in to view live and recorded footage from my mobile in much the same way as I could with the previous Nest setup. The main difference is the greatly improved quality of footage my new cameras can provide, especially at night, so I am very pleased. DDS were very helpful at initial contact, the order and delivery process was faultless, and the one technical question I had was answered/resolved quickly. In light of my experience I highly recommend DDS for your CCTV needs.

Very friendly firm always willing to help out. Brought a CCTV camera to replace one I thought had failed. There is a good range of top quality equipment and the guys are only too ready to help you make the right choice. Turns out it was my POE equipment that had failed so I was more than happy to return and by a very good value switch.

Very helpful staff and knowledgeable about the products. Prices are good and people are easy to talk to. Had a couple of issues which were sorted to my satisfaction very quickly and without any hassle. Delivery was next working day and everything was well packed and arrived in tip top condition.

Recently bought a replacement DVR from this company. Wanted it set up so that the cctv could be reviewed on my phone and laptop. At short notice just before I went off on holiday they bent over backwards and arranged for Matt from their technical support department to do it over the phone.20 minutes later and it was all set up. The cost was really cheap at only £19.50 plus vat. Thoroughly recommend them. Now I can see my cameras from my sunbed in Tenerife !

Knowledgeable friendly staff who understood exactly what I needed, asked me the right questions about the equipment I already had to make sure that they recommended something that would work, and could answer all my questions about the product, which I am very pleased with. Definitely recommend.

We collected the camera but found it wouldn't work on our system.... phoned up, offered a suggestion....which worked. Unfortunately it only worked in B&W....phoned again, quick response and problem sorted completely. The camera has superb wide angle vision, is sharp and does a great job. Thanks for the prompt help!

Excellent Camera and Characteristics. DDS Service Support to set up camera was ESSENTIAL, and was EXCELLENT. Now, easy to use on both phone and laptop to move, control, listen and speak to. This was ONLY POSSIBLE after help from Technical Support at DDS who took control of my laptop over internet and sorted this out.

Completely happy with the purchase. Slight issue with having to get 2 cameras replaced as colour was wrong but very impressed with speed of replacements. Extremely helpful staff and engineers to guide me through installation etc. All over impressed with every aspect of my dealings. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends in the future - we'll done to all.
