The driver showed up to JFK and picked me up in a snowy afternoon and drove me to midtown NYC safely.
honestly don’t even know where to start. the driver tried to not come inside even though we paid extra for that. when he finally agreed to come in and we walked out to the car, we saw that he was parked illegally. he had a carseat in the front seat which was pushed all the way back, so we didn’t have access to the passenger side back seat. he didn't even pull out to help us get in, so we struggled with our bags etc alone while he just sat and watched. he drove like an absolute maniac in the rain and we asked him to slow down multiple times. he was texting while driving (illegal, obviously) and missed 2 exits. the car was dirty and had trash in both back seat doors. this service was laughable and we will absolutely never use it again. we’re lucky that we arrived to our destination alive. this was such a waste of money and we will absolutely never use Dial 7 again. my company (Forbes 500) has now removed them as a driving vendor because of this experience.
