I had polite, concerned drivers who were especially careful with me due to the injury to my back and ribs. My evening driver Tariq was marvelous. I most enjoyed our conversation at about 7:30PM. It was relaxing and made the drive go quickly.

Booking was so easy and efficient. Great process. The driver was nice but clueless- didn’t put on the GPS and admitted he had no idea where he was going (made two wrong turns adding 17 min to our drive to the airport); forgot to put on his headlights (5am darkness, freezing rain w snow on the ground); jumped a curb at one point. It was easily the scariest car ride I’ve ever had, and I had 2 young children with me which made it even scarier.
