Great coordination from start to finish. Orchestrating a curbside pickup at JFK is not easy and in the winter cold coordinated timing of the arrival of the car and the passenger is essential. Having had leg and hand surgery recently, I needed a wheelchair to negotiate the Delta airport expansion and I couldn't wait outside in the cold for very long. Dial 7's careful text stream from the moment my flight touched down - through baggage claim - to specific location and time that the car would be curbside. My time at the curb was a mere 2 minutes, when the well marked car arrived, driver got out opened the car door for me, stowed my bag and we were swiftly off to my home in Manhattan.

the driver was very polite...we went the Williamsburg bridge without a tolll...when we arrived I asked the driver to check that there was not bridge toll...he said there was a toll and I needed to call and take the charge off...I called 2X...I do not have any credits..my trip was January 3...

We were picked up by Kuldip, car #7180. He asked us if we wanted to tip him right when we got in the van. I said no. When we arrived at the airport, I tipped him $20.00 cash. It was two 5 dollar bills and one 10 dollar bill. When I received my bill, he added a tip on my credit card and I was charged for that tip. He was not authorized to charge the tip on my credit card since I paid him a cash tip. Please let Kuldip know that is the way to lose customers.
All went as planned. Would have been better for driver to have called me or tired to call me to tell me when he expected to arrive.
