I booked Dial 7 for a very early morning pickup from Bklyn to Manhattan for a surgical appointment. The drivers are knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Both individual drivers--for the pickup & then return trip--arrived early & were safe drivers. I have used the company several times (with only 1x when the driver did not show up at all) and will continue to do so.
