Despite the unexpected snow and slippery road conditions, my driver got me safely and expeditiously to the airport.

Our driver Gifty was excellent. After collecting our luggage, he was at the terminal less than 10 minutes. His vehicle was clean and he was very professional. 777 need more drivers like Gifty!!!
Pick up was fine. Journey was fine. The driver was on the phone for a long time which is not consistent with the law. He couldn't hear me when I tried to interrupt him the first time but apologised and immediately stopped when I finally garnered his attention. I don't want him to lose his job over this but I don't really want to book a limo ride and listen to the driver speak Punjabi or Hindi at a loud volume for 20 minutes of the journey.
