AMAZING SERVICE! We have had a brilliant experience at The Design Centre. We have purchased an engagement ring and two wedding rings from Daksha. She has been personable, informative and friendly. She’s been so patient with us as we changed sizes and design choices many times. She is amazing. We then purchased a Rado watch for my Dad, Dave is so knowledgeable. He’s truly the watch King. We will 100% be coming back again and again. All the employees treated us like family and welcomed us back so kindly each time. The best jewellery and watch store in the whole of the Jewellery Quarter!

For anyone looking for wedding rings for both bride and groom look no further. Having been to other shops in the Jewellery Quarter, we stumbled into Design Center where we were served by the lovely Gemma. Straight away she listened to our request for rings and helped us on our journey to find the perfect rings. Within 5 minutes Gemma and the Design Center team were able to find a ring so perfect for my fiancée that her hand started shaking. At that point we were sold and it was onto the my ring (grooms). Again Gemma and the team were attentive and patient as I didn't know exactly what I wanted. After viewing a trying some rings on I finally found the perfect wedding ring. We did take our time to shop around but in the end we were sold on the rings and the service we had at Design Center and so we acquired our rings. We would recommend you go to design centre and tell the team what it is you are looking for. I am confident they can find something that is perfect for you. Highly Recommend.

Collected a beautiful ring yesterday for my daughters 50th on Valentines Day (Brought tears to her eyes). I cannot praise the Staff of Design Centre enough for their excellent service from design 12 days ago to providing this gem of a ring. Many Thanks from the Kershaw Family.

Lovely & friendly ladies, no pressure and have used this business for 24 years, having brought my engagement ring from them. Went to have rings resized and to repair a bracelet. I was advised it may not be possible, the sales advisors were all very honest. Tina and Gemma (another lady too but didn’t get her name - sorry) were all lovely and we had a laugh! They advised where my rings may look better on my hands to prevent the cost of a resize that might not be done. My husband ended up buying me a new ring, the ladies were excellent sales advisers but there was no pressure at all. Whilst there, they cleaned my jewellery and they looked brand new! Thank you ladies, had a lovely hour with you and the whole service/experience was wonderful, very helpful and you were all very honest.

Visited the store with my fiancé in the hope to find the perfect rings for our special day. We were greeted by Gemma, who was pleasant and really professional. She made us feel super comfortable and took her time explaining about the different rings & accommodated towards our budget. Two other ladies were lovely too. Managed to pick both our rings from the store. Thanks for the great service & we hope to be back soon!!

I bought a ring from here 27 years ago but I had to take it off and unfortunately don’t know what I did with it. I went back today and spoke to a lovely lady called Tina who took the time to show me rings and I eventually decided on a 5 stone diamond ring that is gorgeous. Thankyou Tina you are a credit to this company. 27 years later and i bought another ring from this company.

Visited the design centre in birmingham today to choose wedding rings for myself and fiance. We were greeted by a warm, friendly lady names Tina.. her customer service, banter and sense of humour was second to none, Tina & Dave worked their magic and we came away with two beautiful wedding rings and a beautiful diamond necklace to wear on the day i get married.. Thankyou both but especially Tina who gave me so much time and effort to ensure i have the ring i had dreamt of, we cant wait to come back and collect Warrens made to order ring :-)

We went into design centre to look for our wedding bands and had amazing service by the team, I would like to especially mention Tina she was so helpful and attentive to our needs! We finally decided on a ring Tina recommended and I’m in love with it! Thanks so much guys!

Incredibly attentive service! Bought a watch for my wife for her birthday and it needed a few links taking out and a tiny defect resolving. Dave at Design Centre couldn’t have been more helpful. I sent the watch back to have the adjustments made and Dave kept me well informed throughout the process. We now have the watch back and it’s perfect and as described. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

We looked in to replace an eternity ring (eternity doesn’t last so long, these days!). They could have sold us one but instead pointed us to another company who were able to repair and renew the existing one instead. Really nice staff, really good service.

First time at the Jewellery Quarters, we looked in various shops for a Platinum ring. I could not see one that I liked. We went into Design Centre, Bina served us I explained what I was looking for, she couldn't be more helpful, showing me & letting me try various rings on. I tried one on that I loved. I went away & thought about buying it. I returned to the Design Centre, Bina came straight to help me. Bina was so friendly & helpful. We purchased the ring. Thankyou Bina.

I was looking for a ‘ paper clip necklace’ called into a couple of jewellers but unfortunately didn’t have one and tried other necklaces that I didn’t want. Called in Design Centre and straight away was shown the necklace I wanted which my husband purchased for me. All the staff and especially Bina who served me were very friendly, thank you.

Today was my second visit to this jewellers, the first time to purchase a wedding ring for my husband two years ago and today to purchase a diamond bracelet for myself. Both my husband and I received excellant, friendly and informative service from all three members of staff. Ella spent considerable time showing me many different styles, diamond size and prices. I am so happy with my purchase today and the discounted price paid. Highly recommend, make Design Centre your first stop when visiting the Jewellery Quarter! Can't recommend them enough! Where to start! We first visited the Design Centre 5 years ago, looking for a diamond ring to mark our 25th wedding anniversary. After having had a terrible experience in a shop not too far from the Design Centre we were overwhelmed with relief at our experience here. Bina served us on this occasion and you could not wish to meet a more lovely lady. So friendly with expert advice. There was no rush or pressure and we found a beautiful ring with her help. 5 years later, and we returned to the Design Centre to look for a ring to mark our 30th wedding anniversary! We were so happy to walk in and find Bina smiling at us and she remembered our previous visit and purchase. With her usual kindness and professional customer service, we found another beautiful ring. A re-size was required but they made sure that this was done swiftly so that we had the ring in time for our anniversary. Brilliant! Also, during this visit we spent time with Dave, such a lovely man, to choose a watch for my husband. Dave was very knowledgeable and he spent a lot of time showing us different watches and explaining about each one. My husband ended up choosing 2 watches as he loved them both so much! It is quite rare now, to receive such excellent personable customer service. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they really do care about their customers. So, as you can imagine, we cannot recommend Design Centre highly enough and based on both experiences, this will always be the first place we visit. We have recommended it to both of our daughters for when they get engaged too. Thank you Bina & Dave (& Sophie). We can’t thank you enough and hope to see you again.

This is the 2nd time of coming to the design centre, the first time was to get an engagement ring a year ago & today we went back to purchase a wedding ring. The sales lady Tina instantly recognised us which was lovely as we was hoping to be served by the same lady. She had been great the first time, extremely helpful & knowledgeable & very patient with my partners comical way of liking or disliking a particular ring. Today she was again extremely helpful in suggesting different styles of ring to suit my engagement ring I’ve come away with a beautiful wedding ring which compliments my engagement ring perfectly. Hopefully another visit for an eternity ring will be on the cards Thank you Tina for all your help & we will call in to show you the wedding photo’s in due course

Stunning shop and customer service. The design centre staff member Tina was amazing. Tina was polite, friendly, very knowledgeable and excellent to deal with. We went into the design centre to find something special and we came out extremely happy. In short, a gem of a shop.

Today we went in looking for a pair of solitaire studs earrings and was greeted by Tina. She was very accommodating and patient as I wasn't sure on my budget. As she was so patient we looked into buying a matching pendant. I was allowed to try on many varieties with different chain lengths and styles. Tina made us feel very welcomed and supported. We are also sorry to Dave do ruining his display but grateful for being allowed to take up all of Tina's time. We were so pleased we even brought another bracelet. I can say that we felt looked after and advised.

Went in the shop looking for a small stoned sapphire necklace, and was looked after by Tina who virtually dismantled a display so I could take a closer look at all of my choices, without pushing me towards more expensive pieces, great prices, loads of choice, friendly staff I’ll definitely be back. Sorry to Ella for ruining your lovely display😁
