I love my Daily Look boxes! However I purchased a peasant blouse from my last box and wore it one time. Washed on delicate and cold water and hung up to air dry didn't prevent it from shrinking. I could only wear this $88 top once. I contacted customer service and they immediately sent a return label and an apology. I am very happy with their service!! Thanks

I received some great pieces of clothing that I could not find a similar item to around the area. I love getting pieces that no one else will be wearing - live not wearing the same thing as my neighbor has bought at the area shopping district.

I've really enjoyed the styles and clothes I have been receiving. Unfortunately a pair of jeans I received kind of fell apart after 1 wash. I was worried I would have a hard time returning but they responded right away with my options and then a return label for me to return for a refund. I have been very pleased with Dailylook and my stylist Abby!

I am pleasantly surprised at how well my stylist Dominique, has provided me with looks that I didn't even know I would love. This is exactly why I was interested in DAILYLOOK - to try out new things. She takes into account what I'm looking for (i.e. work casual) and puts together a great box full of mix and match options. While the price points are a little higher than I would prefer the discount incentive for purchasing several items provides a shopping experience that is comparable to shopping on my own.

Clothes are high quality and lovely but too many of them are hand wash/dry. Given that the subscriptions are sold on convenience, this is a disappointment.

Loved that the box was filled with so many different items, full of color and texture. It is so convenient to be able to try on such a good selection of items and easily return what you do not want. This service is so easy to use, I was hesitant that the clothes may not fit well. I have been pleasantly surprised by the wonderful fit! I have always been discouraged shopping for clothes, can never seem to find anything I like or when I do try something on I don't love it. I can say I love Daily Look and look forward to my next surprise box!

This was my second package from Daily Look. There is a learning curve in this process between client and stylist and Daily Look has been very professional and has helped me step outside my comfort zone a bit. Clothes are quality, but not sure I’m getting my true styles and colors that I put down.

Absolutely love this company. A couple coworkers told me they subscribe to Daily Look so I signed up too. I just received my second box and absolutely love everything. Each box is full of beautiful clothes, neatly folded and topped with a blue satin bow. The convenience of trying everything on at home and having this beautiful box of clothes delivered is so much fun. Yes, the items are a bit pricey, but high-quality and quite frankly, things that I can’t find in my hometown where I live. I seriously would’ve kept everything sent to me so far if I could afford it. I’m not sure I can wait for the next box. It’s like giving a gift to myself and so far, everything has fit perfectly.

I’m happy with what I picked in my box and decided to keep an additional piece after checking out. Customer service was great. I did forget to use my promo code for additional savings though. I didn’t see the card until I had checked out and packaged my returns : (

I love the ease of receiving quality clothing & returning what I do not want. I recently had my 2nd box & I returned all items I didn’t want. Paid for what I kept. I get an email from customer service saying they received my returned items but 4 items were missing. So I call customer service & they asked “did you return all the items”? Yes, I did. She said “no worries, you won’t be held liable for the missing items”. The items were not missing from the start & how do you just dismiss the fact that customer service emailed me implying that I kept the 4 items??? This is super weird to me & makes me question if I want my 3rd box delivered. I’m an honest person & work hard for my money..be aware/careful upon returning your not wanted items.

From very little information I think Daily Look does amazing styling. Pants fit perfectly saving me so much time going to stores and trying things on. Clothes are decently priced and nice quality keeping my style fresh for every season!

I love the soft textures and diversity of the fabrics and clothing choices. Great quality clothes, and some of my favorites are hand wash or worthy of washing in a huge mesh bag on delicate cycle. I usually can afford 2-3 pieces ($200-300 total) at a time.
