Second time in a row that I was sent a cream colored sweater. I kept the first one but didn't want another one. Several of the items were not for winter weather. And I don't commented before that I don't care for ruffled type blouses.

Was able to keep several pieces, including a few I never would have noticed in a store. So that's good!

My first two boxes with Daily Look were late. My second box has a status of getting ready for 18 days with no idea when it will ship even though they asked me what I thought of the selections and I gave feedback a week ago. You can’t cancel your subscription when in that status either. Their web site is not helpful. They seem to be overwhelmed by shipping. The stylists at least respond and are nice but the problems aren’t ones they can solve.

I have not received my first package yet. Customer Service answered all my questions and reassured me about what will come. I’m excited

Nice, well made clothing. Cost a little more. Not sure if stylist handles ny of the merchandise as discriptions of the clothing not always match it fit (slacks were described as relaxed and fit like leggings!)

I did like a few of the items I received in my first box, however, overall, I felt that the vast majority of the items chosen for me were not even close to what I was looking for even after adjusting my profile and providing feedback to my stylist. Additionally, I had to follow up to see where my boxes were after requesting to swap the maximum of 3 items; it's like my box was stuck somewhere in the process after that step. Every time I have used the chat function, the reps were very courteous and helpful, which is my reason for a 3 star rating. My stylist and shipping experience were closer to a 1 or 2.

I consistently like 1-2 items out of my boxes and returns are super easy, customer service has been super friendly, responsive, and reasonable. Only complaint is that a few times I’ve gotten the same item in a box that I already own from a previous box. Also I’m tall, I haven’t had any “tall” size items included which would be nice and make the service seem more personalized.

I LOVE DailyLook over any of the other options out there. Quality clothes, large variety is sent, stylists seem to understand my wardrobe changes. I don't like that when you review your stylists choices before shipping that you can't remove/change more than a couple of things in the box because sometimes the stylist is not sending things you are looking for and it wastes the shipping and time to send it when I am just going to return it. I would like to have more wiggle room on what the stylist is sending.

The items chosen for me were stylish just a little too big. Some of the items were more than I would normally pay. The process for reviewing the box and returning ant items is great.

I've been with DL for about 6 months now and really enjoying the options. It's definitely more expensive than other services and I was about to cancel UNTIL I had an issue with a return box and customer service went above and beyond to resolve and make sure I wasn't liable for the missing box...even though the reason it was delayed in return was my own fault. They could have easily chosen to charge me the full fee for the box but instead they waived it in full understanding of the mistake. Not a lot of companies would do that these days. For that reason alone, I will continue to stay with them and give them my business. Besides the clothes are super cute and trendy!

The fact that the box comes with lots of choices makes it so fun to play with different looks. Also the styles are the kinds of clothes I am looking for; not too trendy, but elegant looking or fun for a young at heart 67 year old. I am looking forward to my next box!

I am short and always have trouble finding jeans that are the perfect length. These were spot on. Love the quality of all items. Pretty pricey but I can spurge once in a while.
