Cultural Care Au Pair is there with you every step of the way, from when you first apply or enquire, to when you arrive in the United States. The company takes great care of the au pairs and is always looking out for them and helping them. They’re always available if you’re in need of information or you are unsure of a certain thing. Their customer care is great.
The matching specialist (Kelly-Ann) was amazing, walking us through the process, checking-in and helping us find the right fit. She checked in frequently and answered my numerous questions. Additionally, as a military family who is moving, we appreciate the flexibility in the process that culture care was able to work with our unique timelines.
The organization is great at communicating and helping you along with the process, as well as giving you experience and knowledge that will help to choose a good au pair.

Smooth process
Great experience overall. It was tough only being able to connect with 3 potential matches and try to find the time to meet with them online in a timely manner.
I really like the application process. The application interface on the website is designed very well. It allows host families to add detailed information about themselves, their expectations, sample working schedule, household rules which I think is really helpful for both host families and AuPairs to align on expectations and be on the same page from the beginning.

So far this process has been great! The staff have been very helpful. Anytime I have a question, they are quick to respond.
It is a good program to start a new experience and learn English if that is your goal.
3 stars because what I didn’t like is the fact you can only connect with 3 au pairs at the time and I think it should be more, at least 5. I think it would be good to have a selection of au pairs that are interested in small town living from the start, so that I could only talk to those and not waste my time talking to the ones that won’t pick my location but pretend they are interested. It is very frustrating. Au pairs should be able to contact host families they are interested to match with. Why don’t you do that? It would save us time us well. I have been trying to register with other agencies but you are the only one that works in my area. Your candidates seem not as good as from other agencies as well. I found mine on other website and had him transfer to yours. He told me you charge more money so people are less likely to register with you. Maybe that is why you draw less desirable candidates to join you.
Helpful and supportive
Becoming an Au pair has always been my dream, cultural care not only encouraged me but opened doors for me, helping me throughout the process. The families that participate in the program are excellent, the care they take with the pre-boarding process is completely welcoming and the structure of the program is exactly as they say.
Cultural has been with me on my au pair journey from the start and never have I felt alone because my LCC created a WhatsApp group with other au pairs in my area , they welcomed me and offered to show me around, it felt good making friends with people from all over the world!!
