I have six cameras and have been very happy with them After two years of working my notification's stopped working. I have tried everything and nothing seems to help. I am a snowbird, and these cameras are in Arizona. My other residence is in Oregon. Can someone help get the notifications working again.
I didn't like the fact that your company said I had to purchase another camera because you said you couldn't fix my previous camera.and it clearly says you will fix or replace your product 🤔
Customer service is horrible won’t return emails or calls took over a month to replace a faulty camera 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
Everything from checking on various cameras, ordering, shipping, and tech help with setup and use was great. Cameras work as should. Great product and value. The only thing I would like to see is a downloadable manual that explains all the features in easy to understand terms and how to use settings to set the cameras for personal use.

Camera’s not responding to to my Wi-Fi I even called my WI-FI company to make sure it was 2.4 or higher and it was mush higher than 2.4 that was required to run these camera’s. Camera’s we’re a problem
I buy 2 outdoor cameras , 1 is working perfect , but the second one is not working , I set up the second camera and the next day the camera is offline , set up again and the next day the camera is offline again , this is every day. I am tired of doing the same thing every day and the camera keeps going offline. I need the camera to be replaced by another camera that does work
Been in contact with the company several times. They do return emails and calls. They DO NOT help me with the problems. It appears that I am a bother to them. It appears that they try to get rid of problem by just saying something that does not help or has anything to do with the problem. To this day the cameras that I purchased still do not work. I have tried and tried, they got my money, now they don't seem to care.
they are the best at customer support - always going above and beyond with any troubles you might come across. They replied to my emails within minutes and are always spot on with the help! Danny Matt is superb!

I have had Crorzar cameras for several years now, after having several other cheap brands. Crorzar has exceeded my expectations. I have expensive Lorex cameras & the Crozar are clearer & I can rotate them. I had to download their latest app after using the last one for a couple years. Danny walked me through the setup & was extremely patient with me! Crorzar is the best low cost camera I have found.
Danny is very competent and patient in working out my install problems. He never shows any frustrations just positive instructions until the problem is solved.
I bought a camera it was supposed to deliver on the 6th and change to the 9th until it was returned all I want is my refund I don't think I'll be using y'all again this happened before

If I could give negative stars, I would. I was a one-time, but loyal customer, who chose to make a second purchase from Crorzar. I don't know what happened between my first and second purchase, but it was like night and day. It feels like they transferred ownership to a foreign company. I purchased two Solar 360 cameras (2 because it was a better deal for more) in July 2022. It is now October, they are back in the box (over $400 tied up) and I will NEVER purchase from Crorzar again. Note: their return period is 14 days. The cameras appear to work initially out of the box, but within hours there are many disappointments in function and continuity. Upon calling Crorzar, there seems to be only one person that does it all and he is the keeper of return authorizations (language barriers exist). We had a long frustrating phone call where he walked me through everything I had ALREADY done and then left me to delete and start all over. I have a very full and busy schedule, so this took a bit longer and in the end did not work. The product manual he linked to me did not even match the app screens. By then I was ready to be done, but it was past the 14-day mark and he just kept using his scripting to appreciate me as a customer and wanted to set up another call, which I finally made time for (I feared it would be a very long call based on the first one). I waited 2 hours that day and he ghosted me. Their follow-up to purchase emails say if you can't give a positive review, please let them know. I tried. Please take my advice and run the other way.
I ordered this 2nd camera.....after my 1st one I got worked great...and was easy to connect.......This 2nd one I got from you looks diff.....no reset button does not say Crorzar on it and everything I tried wont let me connect to my internet......looked it is 2.4 G but wont connect
Had issues re-connecting. Responded in less than 24 hours and had me up and running again.
I do computer work and set up a Crorzar system for one of my customers and I was so impressed with the operation of the system I bought one for my own use. They were so easy to set up and run. I will recommended Crorzar to any of my customers that are looking for a camera system
