Poor quality Crorzar 360 wifi pan/ tilt smart camera. Could never get this camera to work. Don't waste your money on this purchase. It's useless.

I have the outdoor 360 solar. Easy to install, great connection. The cameras have excellent picture quality as long as thats all I wanted, to turn it on and look around at what's going on. There is no motion detection at all any more. First 12 hours I got 3 loitering alerts and nothing in the picture. Did not pick up my car coming or going or my son walking around. It did pick up my son going to school but no alerts. Contacted support due to motion detection not really workibg the way a security camera should. It should alert me to any movement (in my mind). After support contacted me back it no longer alerts to anything and doesn't wake up unless I go into the app and do it manually. I had a package delivered and the only reason I knew I had a package is I turned on the camera through the app and happened to see it sitting on my porch. No alerts whatsoever of someone being at my house. Didn't even acknowledge my son going to school the second day.

I’m very happy with my indoor 360 camera & how clear the video is of the room being captured. For me following the instructions the install wasn’t easy & had to call for assistance which took a couple of calls before I was up & running. Would I recommend or buy this camera again, without hesitation I would & will share with family & friends.

At first, we were a little disappointed in the customer service due to being on hold for so long (listening to corny jokes) and then just dropped by their phone recording. Later we learned they were having phone problems. After emailing them, we received a phone call and they were with us till the end. It was pleasing to us of how knowledgeable they were and adamant to resolve all issues with install. We will use them again for our outdoor cameras. Thanks so much! What's orange and sounds like a parrot? CARROT I couldn't help myself! LOL

This company is for real! Ordered my first camera and it came before I expected it.... was easy to set up ....and I have been using it for months without any problems. This is in Arizona were the outside temps were over 100 degrees. Just got my second camera and will be using it soon! Mike Lies

I have 2 crorzar 360 cameras. One is 4 months old and the other is over a year old. Both have stopped panning left or right. This makes them almost useless.

This is probably the most customer friendly company that I have dealt with. I have two of the 360 cameras and it is amazing what they can do. I had some problems setting them up but I called and a real live person answered. His name was Danny. I felt guilty taking so much of his time but he would not let me go until everything was working perfectly. His patience was amazing his knowledge was incredible and he walked me through the set up one baby step at a time. Trust me you will NOT be disappointed no matter what you buy from Crorzar. They will not quit working with you until you are 100% satisfied.

Customer service was good but I have to wait 3 weeks for a camera. I HAD TO PAY SHIPPING BECAUSE I COULDN'T PRINT LABLE. HOPE NEW CAMERA WORKS. Tracking number 1Z4X44440368329455 THANKS DALLAS

Loved them at first. Ordered a fourth. It fails one I bought last year failed. Spoke with your department. I have hearing different. He spoke in a difficult dialect to understand. Could not print out instructions to return both and cost of shipping on only one of them. Chalked it up to a loss

you screw people by charging them a restocking fee when they’re not satisfied with your product that is no way to treat people I will never purchase from you again and I will tell everyone I know not to deal with you or buy your products

Waste of money. I called customer support FOUR TIMES. They are UNABLE to fix it. UPDATE #1... Whoever from Crorzar replied below did not read my review where I indicate that I called FOUR TIMES their customer support. Isn't it that REACHING OUT DIRECTLY? Each time they end up saying that "they will talk to their sales manager" but nothing happens. No one calls back to offer a solution or replace that camera. FYI, I live in Las Vegas... plenty of sun, all day, every day.... UPDATE #2. They called. They're going to replace the camera alright .. they sent me an email asking me to send them an email so they can send me the return instructions. What kind of bs is that? They want me to send the camera first and pay for shipping. How about sending me the new one, with a return label and I use that same package to return the defective, like many reliable and serious businesses do? But "it's not their policy"... What a cheap company. I'm buying a new one from another brand and will flush that Crorzar crap. UPDATE #4. lol... why don't you just send those instructions? Why ask me to send an email first? You have my email address... Don't lecture me or blame me when it's your product that doesn't work. I don't need to return a defective camera so you can check if it's defective. If it wasn't, we wouldn't have this conversation, would we? You're just trying to dodge the issue by placing all the burden on the customer. Every single company I have bought from online have always sent a replacement first (with a return label), when I had a defective product. You're a corporation. You should make things happen, not the customer. Your policy just place the customer into an indefinite waiting period of time. Your product and service are cheap. The camera settings don't even provide the camera IP address. How about that? It's impossible to configure to any third party software such as a camera viewer app. You must fear that I won't be returning that camera, that's all. Well, I'm not afraid to lose the 140 bucks this piece of junk cost me. It's straight to garbage and I'm buying a more reliable brand. Hopefully people will read this and refrain to get into that same situation. You're wasting my time.

I like the fact that they don't need to have a payed manager system. I don't like the fact that they run on 2.4 gigs and not 5.0. We have a 5 gig wifi because of our at home work. I don't know if I want to add another router? Why can't it download to the card, then I can remove the card, download images, reinstall the card. This is in my shop so it's not like it is going off that often. Is there any way to use it?

This camera is no good I have been having a problem because doesn't turn and they sent another one and the same thing is happening DO NOT BUY IT!!!!!

I can't say enough good about this and cameras. Cameras are fantastic. The website shows just how easy it is to use everything. And it truly is. These cameras are a godsend. I can watch what's going on in my house while I'm not home and I can also see what's going on outside.

It was a good camera, I wish it had Solar Panel much easier to hook up.
