Got error code tried to reset. Can't find reset button . I give up. To hard to set up
Couldn't have asked for better customer service. They are the BOMB! Bought new camera for the front & put the 1st camera we bought in the back, about a year ago, in the back. We have critters visiting at times at night. Installed it & found we couldn't reset it. Called for help & no one could figure it out. Never had to before. Come to find out it was missing the reset button. Called back & told them of the situation & right after sending pic of the bottom of camera proving to show NO reset button, they immediately took care of the issue. They are sending us out a NEW camera & all we have to do is return the camera & this includes shipping. How much better could it have been. This is what you call CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

1 camera was broken and never turned on. All of the Cameras are terrible to program. Cameras come with a very short cord so you are forced to make an additional purchase.
Customer service called Me the next day after I emailed them and walked me through the setup I needed for my 360 indoor camera. I've had 3 of these cameras for over a year with no problems. Any time I need help with settings or anything I've always had quick, professional guidance. Thanks

The reason for the 2 rating was the camera was not what I was let to believe, by just looking at the website. I just need a refund so I can just move on and buy another camera.

Danny Matt went above and beyond to help me properly set up my camera for my 91 year old mother. He directed me step by step and now I have camera movement features that I didn't have activated before. I truly appreciate his patience and knowledge.

Bought a new phone, had problems pairing it with my existing Crorzar 360 Outdoor Camera. Kept getting an Error message. I sent a message to Customer Support, and within 3 minutes received a call from Danny, who walked me through the process to correctly pair the new phone. Danny explained to me thoroughly that the only time I needed to "set up" is when I change Internet Company. I'm 83 & no "Techie" so wasn't aware of that, & tried to "set up" the system for new phone. All I needed do was download the App & code in passwords. Once again, within a manner of minutes, Danny had things sorted out, properly linked and helped me be a Happy Camper with great monitoring of my Crorzar camera through my phone. HOORAY !! Highly recommend this Company, Technician, & Products.
