I tried to connect it and it wouldn't. I even got tech support and that didn't help either. So I sent it back and want a full return because of that.

So far the Doorbell Camera has been difficult to set up. Simple it has not been. The directions were confusing. I did however finally get most of the functions to work as designed except for the Motion Detecting. It works inconsistently and the quality of the pictures is awful. All I can get is a white screen. No definable picture at all.

The staff at Crorzar are amazing ! I had a problem and they fixed it quickly. The cameras are working great.

I just got my camera and I got it up and running. It took a very long time to do it. Almost 55 seconds. Cannot even describe the quality of this camera. I got it mostly so I can watch my fish tanks while I'm gone. I could literally see the eyes of the fish as opposed to Amazon's crappy blink cameras where everything is blurry. These are very reasonably priced and the fact that they turn is amazing. The app is super friendly as well

Product is similar to a very cheaper product fro china. Your ads don’t say anything about Wi-Fi requirements may or may not work with the product. Configuring the system isn’t that friendly.

When I ordered my cameras it said they come with sd cards, when I received them they didn't have sd cards. I sent a message to the company and they responded that they don't come with sd cards. I read a similar incident in the reviews, I should have listened to the reviews and not ordered them.

I thought this camera was supposed to track movements. Well It only does so after I wave my hand in front of it. It then returns to a resting phase of looking at the ceiling. It basically worthless for all intense purposes.

The folks at Crorzar did their best to make the cameras work. We thought we had done our research to have the solar option using wifi to access. Unfortunately, where we live out in the "boonies," we just could not get the connection. Danny was honest with us and let us know we would be better off returning the cameras. The communication was great. We are currently awaiting our refund back tonour account. But we do believe Crorzar has done everything they could.

Like to record on the cameras all I get is pictures it might be 200 pictures but I don't see a thing I like you have a alram to go off on my phone I have to pull up the cameras to see no alarm on my phone why not we going to have a talk about these cameras thank

I had been trying, unsuccessfully, to set up the 3 cameras I purchased and was ready to return them. I called Support and Danny Matt assisted me in setting up all 3 cameras. He was very helpful instructing me in every step. The most impressive part was he called me back after several hours to check on my progress. I was having some more questions but was hoping I could figure it out. He helped me again with my issue. This level of customer service is very rare. More companies could take lessons from Danny. I would give more than 5 stars if it was an option. Thanks so very much.

Danny Matt from tech support was very, very helpful in helping me get up and running after i deleted camera from my app and couldn't get it going. I had no problem in the original install, it was my fault for changing settings that i did not understand. CRORZAR is the best, cameras are good quality, picture is clear, video recordings are crisp and clear, night vision good. this is my second camera, an outdoor 360, my first was outdoor battery camera, it impressed me so much for such a low price that is why i upgraded for my second camera, next is going to be an outdoor solar. great company, great people, great tech support

I've had a couple of issues with my camera's. I sent an email to their customer service. Danny Matt called me back each time. He was very helpful and we were able to resolve my issues. Most were user errors! We did discover one of my 360 Solar camera's was defective. They are going to replace it. I have never had such extraordinary customer service! Danny was best!
