Took 20 minutes to get camera to work..finally got it ..couldn't see anywhere to arm it..finally see how to do that..seems more complicated than it should..now its set up and I get no motion alerts .
I think your products great I’ve bought in two of them I’m going to eventually buy an outside one but I wish you would make some of them in black not white for outside solar ones and the reason I say black for outside it makes it difficult to see the camera at night that’s my thinking and like I said I think your product is a good product it’s easier to function and I just love the two that I have inside my garage is thank you for making a good product and making it affordable. thank you and I’m my happy camper Wayne Russell
The solar outdoor camera works really well great product
I purchased a Crorzar 360 almost a year ago. Easy to use and loved it! Our power went out last week, and I could not get the camera to connect. I emailed Crorzar and a support tech called me back within 5 minutes! Walked me through the set up and I’m good to go again. Highly recommend this company.
Crorzar Support is anxious to get your problem resolved. Due to weather and timing, several calls were required. Crorzar would not give up!
I purchased 3 cameras. 1 wired, and 2 outdoor battery operated. I have been relatively happy with them, but battery units wear down and have to be recharged which are had to find replacement rechargable batteries. So, I ordered a $199.95 Solar 360 unit. I've been on phone talking to Customer service, and in trying to get this to work, messed up my password, and now have the Solar Camera speaking in Japanese or Chinese. I finally gave up and asked for authorization to return and get a refund and since Early November, I haven been contacted. I have been e-mailing about once a week to the "Returns" e-mail address and all I get is silence.
Camera works well. App takes some figuring out but customer service helped out on this. only problem is i ether get an alert every minute or none at all.
I have purchased 2 different Crorzar cameras and have been unable to use either one. The instructions are about useless, there are parts in the box that are not referenced anywhere in the Quick Manual. The two-minute set-up is a joke! After setting up our account, we have been unable to sign in, as it says that the e-mail or password is incorrect, even after checking 2 or 3 times. All in all this is very disappointing, and we will be going to Ring for our security system if we can't get this system to work in the next hour or so.
Very confusing website. Support gives two completely different answers. After contacting support they were condescending and rude. The products are very misleading on to what they do and don't. The products seem good but they have allot to learn about customer service.
Have bought six of these cameras over the past two years. Only one was stubborn on setup but I finally got it set. Good quality picture. Nice to be able to talk and move the camera

I'm disappointed in the products and the customer service. My outdoor camera arrived with a broken reset button and without the promised 50-inch power cord that was supposed to be included. The Customer Service phone rep argued with me about the amount I paid and about the power cord, but finally sent me the return address label and instructions for returning the item. I followed the instructions carefully, and my returned item reached its destination; however, I have not heard from Crorzar in the two weeks since I sent the camera back. Neither have I received a refund on my purchase.
Can not get camera to work after repeated phone calls to tech support
Poe product and poor customer service.
So far after a week of trying to connect my two devices, I have failed to be successful. Can not get a code sent to my Email after hundreds of attempts. Quit trying and left them alone. Have tried to follow all instructions and nothing Zi do helps. As far as I know , I wasted my money.
Over all I am pleased with my purchase. The indoor camera works great with clear pictures and great color. The out door camera is another story. I have not been able to get it working reliably. There seems to be some problem with my WiFi and the camera. I get a variety of error messages. Network has timed out, or offline, or no video found. When it does work it is very slow. At this point I do not know if it is the camera or my system. The directions on how to use the cameras are good but some topics were left out and there were some assumptions on what I might understand. For example "Day/Night sensitivity ". I am not quite sure what it is and if I set a high number, which I guess is more sensitive, then what does that do. There needs to be a more complete and more clear user guide. UPDATE. The outdoor camera is now working. I have a WiFi booster in my house to help get WiFi to all areas of the house. The camera was picking up the WiFi signal from there. The booster is further away from the camera so the camera had a weak signal. I reset the camera to a signal directly from the main WiFi which is much closer. That fixed the problems. So my only minor complaint is the user guide not being detailed enough and does not cover all settings.
Installation was a snap, small stutter step getting the camera connected but no more than 15 minutes work. Image is AWESOME.
