I called Cpap USA and I was told how to get my machine by ordering it on line as soon as my doctor sent in my prescription. I had my machine with in 5 days. The representative helped me get all my FSA documents in order so I could show proof that I had used my card for medical supplies. it was a very good experience.

The supplies were good but After 3 separate requests for the right side filters for my machine I just gave up. The wrong sizes were sent each time and I could tell that I was not being listened to carefully on The telephone. Other supplies were duplicated and the return labels I was promised have never been received. I will not use this supplier again.
